Theme: The Future Is Anti-Fragile: Thriving Through Challenge
The outdoor industry has weathered unprecedented storms—supply chain chaos, climate volatility, shifting consumer behaviors, and economic uncertainty. While many companies focused on simply surviving these disruptions, a select few discovered something remarkable: they didn't just bounce back, they evolved into something more powerful.
Following a highly successful inaugural event, we are excited to gather again for a full day of networking, learning, and exploration. Times for events listed below may shift as details are finalized.
This year, we are pleased to be hosted by the National Abilities Center in Park City.

Come early and meet some of your fellow summit goers for a morning hike, ride, climb, or yoga before the sit-down portion of the event begins.

We will reconvene to learn from several leaders who have experienced their share of headwinds and came out stronger through it all.

Bring your bike, hiking or climbing shoes, and spend some time with other participants hitting the trails of Park City or enjoying a tour of the NAC.
