Davy Ratchford
General Manager - Snowbasin Resort
Davy Ratchford is the General Manager of Snowbasin Resort in Northern Utah. Over the last 6 years he has overseen unprecedented growth propelling Snowbasin to be ranked as the number 2 ski resort in North America. Prior to leading Snowbasin he was a Vice President of Marketing for Vail Resorts where he had various leadership roles in Lake Tahoe California, Vail Colorado and Park City Utah over 8 years. Before joining the ski industry Davy helped build Real Salt Lake from the ground up in 2005 as the Vice President of Marketing. Davy serves on several state and national boards in tourism. He is a father of 4 children all of which have worked in the ski industry.
