Valerie Oswalt is the CEO and Board Member of Kodiak, the fast-growing food company renowned for its high-protein, whole grain breakfast products and serves as an advisory Board Member to Forward Consumer Partners and an independent Board Director for Free Rein Coffee Company. Valerie joined Kodiak from Campbell where she was EVP and President of the $4B Snacks division, which included brands such as Goldfish, Snyders-Lance and Kettle.
She has deep experience in the food industry, leading both large and established brands in senior positions at Campbell, Mondelēz International and Kraft Foods, as well as at fast-growing startups.
Oswalt earned her doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California, her MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Finance from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management and her B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York.
