Deirdra Walsh

Deirdra Walsh is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in the United States. She began her career in the travel and hospitality industry in 2007 at the resort, starting as a banquet sales coordinator and rising through the ranks. Before her current role, which she started in May 2022, she was the Vice President and General Manager of Northstar California Resort in Lake Tahoe.
With nearly two decades of experience, Walsh is a respected leader in the outdoor and hospitality industries, known for her focus on enhancing the guest experience. She has overseen significant resort upgrades and operational changes at Park City Mountain, including a new parking policy and a new master lease to provide affordable housing for resort employees in partnership with the local community.
