Christine Roth is the Head of Transformation for Revelyst Inc., formerly the outdoor recreation brands of Vista Outdoor. In this role she is responsible for overseeing the separation of Revelyst from Vista Outdoor as well as the separation of the Shooting Sports businesses (Kinetic) from Vista.
Prior to her current role, Christine was Vice President of Employee Relations and Associate General Counsel for Vista Outdoor. Christine has also served as a Labor and Employment Senior Counsel for BAE Systems and as Vice President and Senior Counsel at Marriott International. Before joining private industry, Christine also held several roles in government agencies including as a Deputy Chief for the US department of Justice, as well as a Workforce Policy Counsel in the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Education and the Workforce.
Christine was born and raised in Utah where she attended the University of Utah, graduating with a BS in Biology and a law degree from the SJ Quinney School of Law. She currently lives in the Washington DC area with her husband and daughter.
